Order Deadline: Place your order before 2pm (IRE) on any business day (Monday to Friday, excluding national and bank holidays) for estimated next business day delivery, subject to stock availability.

Deliveries are made during business hours only, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (DPD). It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the gift upon delivery.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any recovery or re-delivery costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

. DPD does offer deliveries on Saturdays but this is not a guaranteed service. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us directly.

Please note that we no longer accept deliveries to hospitals or educational institutions such as colleges, universities, or schools without prior communication to our team. Our courier partner DPD is unable to facilitate deliveries to these locations due to access restrictions and limited delivery time windows. To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please provide a full residential or workplace address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
